The app is very easy to use. I like that there is not a billion questions to answer when trying to submit a claim. My claim process was very easy and very fast.

The website says that you will be reimbursed within 48 hours. That is a lie! Once your claim is received, it takes 2-4 weeks to be processed. Once it is processed THEN the reps claim that it will be 48 hours. The reps barely speak or understand the proper use of English. They make attempts at reading the script on their computer screen. It is very difficult to carry on a conversation with them.

My experience with Spot Pet Insurance has been extremely frustrating. They did not pay the expenses I submitted, and when I decided to cancel my policy, I discovered that actually cancelling it is incredibly difficult. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company. The phone has gone unanswered, and on one occasion the call was simply hung up on me. There appears to be no straightforward way to cancel the policy online, and the company has made the process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. A customer should not have to spend hours trying to cancel an insurance policy or worry about being charged simply because the company makes cancellation so difficult. At this point, my only remaining options appear to be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and contacting my credit card company to prevent further charges. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing a policy from Spot. Based on my experience, the customer service and cancellation process have been unacceptable.

Claims take too long and there has been times when I've had to call and find out why they are not getting completed. But other than that Spot is good.

Every rep asks me how my dog is doing. They pay my claims in a timely matter and keep me updated on its progress They are “ seasoned professionals”who answer any issues or questions I may have!!! Very pleased with SPOT INSURANCE 👍😍❤️
