Easy to work with. Claims are processed in a timely manner. When my pet died they responded with a lot of empathy.

They processed my claim in a very quick and efficient manner.

I have put in 2 claims so far. It seems they are pretty responsive and once the claim is approved, i got my refund quickly.

....and it gets worse. Not only did you never contact me to tell me you were sending a check, but you sent almost $4500 to a bank account number that has been closed for 4 years. I talked to your "help staff" and asked for a supervisor..."no one was available to talk to me" and no one called back when I left my phone number. So now what? You sent the money to a closed account and no one is available to send me a corrected check. Everyone, save your premium money....this isn't a company you want to do business with!

I had a very good claims experience with 2 claims for surgery for my dog. Filing the claims was easy, and they were handled with no issues. I got the benefit paid by direct deposit in plenty of time to pay my credit card bill for the procedure.

I wish there was a way to add additional files on a claim. Other than that, very satisfied/impressed with how smoothly things went. I've been pn other pet insurance with a pet years ago and they did everything they could to disqualify the pet for coverage when a claim was submitted. Found Spot through a friend who is equally impressed with the cooperation by your company. Thank you!
