This was a very frustrating experience…

This was a very frustrating experience with this fencing. Every time I set the fence and would take my dog out to train him it was different every time. It was not just “drifting” as they call it. Contacted customer service multiple times, always something different they’d tell me. I have had this 3 months and still have not been able to use it to contain my dog. Every time I go to use it there is a different problem. For a grand for this incompetent fencing, was a total waste of my money and more so my time. Not only am I confused but my dog is also. Never knows where his boundaries are because it changes EVERY TIME I take him out. Collar is junk, always low battery and don’t even use it but an hour at a time, because have to go back and correct the boundaries. 100% disappointed. Talked to many that got the paws fence for under $200 and love it. Instead of offering a good product they just want you to subscribe to a GPS subscription to track your dog, now I know why, it doesn’t work. Your dog will constantly escape and you need to find them. I swear they sent me a used collar as two dogs and fence perimeter were constantly interfering with mine. Should have returned but missed return scheduled as I was out of state for my sons wedding. Do not recommend this product at all. Junk and total scam. Was so hoping to give my dog freedom to run free in his own yard with confidence that he would be secure. Not happening since like I said, fence changes every time I take him out. I can not feel trusted that he will be safe. I do not recommend this product. Many faults, and every time I contacted customer service takes few days to respond. They need to disclose the many excuses they give you. Example; drifting, metal roofs, WiFi ; phone to close to collar, satellite interference etc etc… they sell you this as the best product ; better than underground fencing, !! At least underground fencing stays put and secure, not like this floatation fence.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're very sorry to hear that you've continued to experience difficulties despite working with our Support team. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you want your dog to safely enjoy your property. We'd like to clarify that saved fence boundaries do not change on their own. However, GPS positioning can naturally fluctuate due to environmental factors such as tree cover, nearby structures, and satellite conditions. While some variation is expected with GPS technology, we'd like to investigate the inconsistencies you've described, along with your concerns about battery life and the collar's performance. We can see you've previously worked with our Support team, and we don't want you to feel as though you're starting the process over again. We'd welcome the opportunity to review your troubleshooting history, take a closer look at your collar, and determine the best next steps to resolve this. We genuinely want SpotOn to work for you and your dog, and our team is ready to help address these concerns.
