I don’t have good or bad to report yet I haven’t had much chance to get my dog trained to the collar yet.

Drift is more than expected, need different collar material, very difficult to adjust

I live on a 5 acre plot, bordered by a busy street on one side. My backyard has a small fenced enclosure insufficient for an energetic dog to get enough movement. The Spot0n system allows me to be in other parts of my property and still allow the dog to check out the entire area surrounded by the perimeter electronic fence. An alternate electronic GPS layout is easily substituted when we frequent a lake cabin. The neighbors appreciate our dog no longer visiting their deck and consuming their dogs food. The tracking system works well, but is rarely needed as elopements don't occur often with a quick learning curve for the dog.

This company is awesome. I sent my spot on collar for repair and the cost of repair was very reasonable. My collar was sent back to me after about two weeks' time and it looked like a brand new collar. Also, the customer service through the process was outstanding!

I love being able to track where he is when he breeches the fence. I hate that it only notifies you 1 time and if I’m not my my phone when it does. I don’t know that he left. Some times for a fairly long period of time. Wish it would notifies me every few minutes til he returns. I do not always have my phone by me 24/7 I’ve had the collar for 1 1/2 years and I can tell a big reduction in battery time

Love the product it gives my dogs so much freedom it’s reliable only complaint is if your dog gets sprayed by a skunk the material of the collar holds the skunk smell and u can’t get it out

Your customer service is there when I need assistance. I really like the ability to change the boundary without walking the border.

The collar works well at home in a rural area and I like being able to use it at friends and other places I am frequently. The company responded well when the first collar needed to be replaced. This second collar doesn't seem to hold a charge as long as the first one but works well otherwise. The company information was very helpful in training my dog.
