Thank you for providing a review.
We appreciate the freedom Spot On gives our fur babies to explore and the peace of mind we have knowing they are safe. Very easy to set up even for the technologically challenged. Customer service was exceptional when a hiccup occurred. We will definitely recommend Spot On to other families.

Thank you for the kind words and review. We are here for you whenever you need us.
Our standard poodle puppy -- now a year-and-a-half -- used to visit our neighbor down the hill regularly. We made her a nice big SpotOn yard to roam around in, got her trained, and voila (!) no more trips down that hill (which was taking her way too close to a road). We also cordoned off our driveway -- which keeps her nice and safe, and delivery folks appreciate that, too.

We are so happy to hear the system is providing you with some relaxation and peace of mind while also allowing your dog to roam freely. Should any questions or concerns arise, please reach out to the team. We would be happy to connect.
The day after the technology arrived and before I could set it up my Great Dane puppy ran after a truck on the remote county road I live on and she was hit. Broken ulna bone. After recovery in the subsequent months I placed the color on to have her get used to it. She was roaming outside and came back without the collar. Unfortunately the collar was not activated so I could not use GPS to find it. I have searched my property for the last 1-2 months and cannot find it. While all of this demonstrates my need for your product, I am out $1000 from the lost collar. So expensive to spend another $1000 - thus my main complaint is the price for your product.

We have had our SpotOn collar for just over 2 years. It gets used daily to keep our 95lb Labradoodle safely on our forested 7 acre property. It provides us with the ability to let him out of the house at any time without worrying that he will get onto the road or get lost in the woods. While he may occasionally go outside the fence, the cellular option immediately informs us so we can take action. We also like the fact that we were able to set up fences at other properties that we visit occasionally to keep him contained. He is not bothered by the collar and it does not prevent him from splashing in the river. In the early days we reached out to customer service with questions and got prompt responses.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for trusting SpotOn for more than two years! It's wonderful to hear that your Labradoodle has been safely enjoying the freedom to explore your 7-acre wooded property while giving you peace of mind. We love hearing how customers use SpotOn across multiple properties, and it's great that the optional tracking features help you stay connected whenever your dog decides to venture a little farther than planned. We're also glad to know the collar has held up well through daily adventures, including splashing in the river, and that our support team was able to provide prompt assistance when you needed it. Thank you again for your continued support and for being part of the SpotOn family. We wish you and your dog many more years of living life unleashed!

Thank you for your review.
There is drift when you set the boundary and there is drift as the dog moves around within the boundary. In areas with less than ideal GPS constellation it's hard to get to get an accurate fix. In my case, my home does not have good GPS signal and sometimes my dog gets a correction as she approaches my door. Not so good!
