We are so happy to hear Cletus is enjoying his newfound freedom. Thank you for allowing us to help Cletus live a life unleashed!
The SpotOn Fence literally changed our lives as a family. We live in a wooded area and our dog can roam freely and stay on our 5 acres without going on our neighbors land. Before getting SpotOn our dog would go on our neighbor's property and run off. It was a real problem. We have never had any issues with the collar, it works fantastic and we would highly recommend this product!

We absolutely love hearing this! Knowing that SpotOn has made such a positive difference for your family means so much to us. It's wonderful that your dog can now enjoy the freedom to explore all five acres while giving you peace of mind that he's staying safely on your property. Thank you for trusting SpotOn and sharing your experience. We're so happy to be part of your family's adventures!
Nice when connected and the boundary works well. However it takes a bit to connect once off the charger. I feel as if you have to hold down on the power button to sync and then connect. Maybe I’m used to instant gratification but I don’t like that I have to keep connecting to the app and fence every time after I charge. I don’t have time for that.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear the fence is working well, but we understand how frustrating it can be to reconnect after charging. Once powered on and connected to GPS, the collar should resume containment using your previously selected fence without requiring you to reconnect to the app each time. You only need to connect Bluetooth when changing your fence or collar settings, not for everyday containment. Bluetooth has a 30-foot radius, and if you or the dog walk away, the unit will disconnect, and you will need to reconnect when you're close by to change the fence or settings. If you're experiencing delays or having to manually reactivate your fence after charging, please reach out to our Support team at [email protected] or call 603-488-1504. We'd be happy to help troubleshoot and make your experience easier!
Amazing! Yes, there was a learning curve but my Great Pyrenees is so happy! He has 10 out of 20 acres to run. He runs about 45 minutes a day now! Its insane. He's so happy he's by the door every night to go to bed at 8:30 p.m. We are so grateful. I'm so glad I considered SPOT On for my dog instead of fencing. He's free!

We absolutely love hearing this! It's wonderful to know your Great Pyrenees is enjoying the freedom to explore and getting so much exercise every day. It sounds like he's living his best life, especially with his own bedtime routine! Thank you for trusting SpotOn and sharing such a heartwarming experience. We're so happy to be part of his adventures!
We have a wooded lot and the fence works great. The only complaint would be that if I am trying to correct the dog manually, there is a little delay in the correction. If I can anticipate the need for the correction, then that works best but is not always possible.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad SpotOn is working well on your wooded property. We understand how frustrating delays in manual corrections can be, especially when timing is important. These commands rely on cellular connectivity, which can sometimes cause delays. If this continues, please reach out to our Support team at [email protected] so we can help. We appreciate your feedback and support!
I do like being able to let my dogs run around the yard but would be better if there was a remote. On of my dogs was going over to the neighbors yard when the weather wasnt great. Kept getting a notice that there wasn't a good connection

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear you're enjoying the freedom SpotOn gives your dogs to explore the yard. While SpotOn doesn't currently offer a handheld remote, we appreciate your suggestion and will share it with our team. We'd also like to clarify that GPS containment and corrections work independently of cellular service, while remote commands through the app require a reliable, strong connection between your phone and collar. We'd love the opportunity to look into the connection issues you've experienced. Please reach out to our Support team at [email protected] or call 603-488-1504 so we can help!
Good while it lasted… but it was way too short for a very expensive collar. We purchased two collars. One charger broke within a couple months. It was replaced and it too broke within a month. Poor design - the power cable puts stress on the PCB, which causes the USB port to break off from the board with just the minor movements from plugging and unplugging the dog collar. Of the two collars, one had the active cellular plan. It worked well for the first year or so. Then (presumably after one of the many software updates) it stopped working properly and we didn’t even know it. The dog ran off and we couldn’t track her. Once we had her back we reset the collar and it seemed fine for a few weeks. (We received alerts and quickly found her when she chased the neighbor’s dog off our property.) But later we found she was gone again… no alerts, no tracking. When we got her back, the collar had over 50% charge but it was not working. So we daily checked the status before we let her out. If the virtual fence was down, she was happy to wander off. Less than 2 years from purchase the collar is dead. It would show 100% charged but die immediately after it was taken it off the charger.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're very sorry to hear about the repeated difficulties you've encountered with your chargers, collar, and tracking features. We understand how concerning it must have been when your dog went missing and you were unable to track her, especially after previously relying on the system. The issues you've described with charging, unexpected shutdowns, and inconsistent tracking are certainly concerning, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to investigate further. We'd like to review your collar's performance, previous replacements, and troubleshooting history to better understand what may have occurred. Please contact our Support team at [email protected] or call 603-488-1504. We'd welcome the opportunity to review your concerns and explore available options to help resolve this for you and your dogs.
