I was a long time user of LogMeInRescue. But when the company ownership changed, the product started to fail and their tech support wasn't as helpful as they once were. I decided to look around and other techs recommended Splashtop. Not only is it faster to connect, it also allows me to remote into phones so I can remote help with my clients email/data synching with their Outlook. And the price is way better too. Highly recommend.

I need to support family ChromeOS and Android devices, and when I ask about that, eventually I hear back from support that I need the Enterprise product, but they won't mention how much that costs, so I have moved to RustDesk.

Splashtop has been a dependable travel companion for years, quietly proving its worth every time work pulls us away from the office. Splashtop earns trust by doing exactly what you need: it lets you sit at your office desk even when you’re hundreds or thousands of miles from home. Whether on the road or working from a hotel room, the connection feels natural. Files stay where you left them. Programs open just as you expect. The only limits come from internet speed and the screen size you're using, not from the software itself. Work flows without interruption, and decisions can be made with confidence because the full capability of the main computer is right in front of you. Splashtop removes the anxiety that usually comes with traveling while keeping a business running. Instead of juggling incomplete files on a laptop or trying to recreate a familiar workflow on a smaller machine, the whole office environment is a click away. It brings a sense of continuity to travel days and keeps projects moving without delay. For anyone who needs reliable, straightforward remote access, Splashtop delivers. It’s simple, steady, and always ready when the road calls.
