Robelle's 50 lb. granular chlorine is truly a wonderful product for your pool. It quickly dissolves leaving your pool crystal sky blue clear. I also want to thank Splash Super Center for delivering in a timely fashion. Thank you for your excellent service and I would definitely order with you in the near future.

UPDATED! - I am now VERY impressed with the customer service provided by Splash Super Center! I was contacted shortly after posting my review. I had a misunderstanding based upon the warranty information provided in the packaging. I was assured that the cover would be replaced at no cost to me! My new cover arrived within a couple of days after my initial review. Thank you so much Splash Super Center for taking care of my concerns and making this issue right! I will recommend you to all my friends!! ORIGINAL REVIEW - The web site was easy to navigate. Gave plenty of detail about products. Price was in the average of other similar products we reviewed. Ordering was easy and the pool cover was shipped quickly. Was disappointed in the quality of the workmanship of the setting of grommets. Three were already pulled out when we un-packaged the product. VERY disappointed to learn that in order to get a replacement (on a new product), we would have to pay shipping for item to be returned. Shipping would cost at least another 1/4 up to 1/2 of the original purchase price. I guess you just can't expect to purchase quality workmanship anymore.

Order filter, paid with paypal and paypal responded. Confirmation from Splash quick but haven't heard a thing about shipping. Sent email this morning to customer service with no responce after 6 hours. How can I cancel this order? Also site has coupon code but not valid with items ending with$.97 per person I called.

I ordered the Super Combo badminton & volley ball set and it was missing instructions so I wasn't sure if I had all the parts so I call the Super Center and spoke with Nicole and she was super sweet and totally helpful... She went to the manufactures and got the instructions online and emailed them to me the same day! Talking with her was like talking to a friend... love that, especially since I'm originally from up north (Maine) but live in the south now, it was nice to talk to a warm and friendly voice from up north! And this wasn't the first item I've gotten through them... Super quality products and ready to help if needed! Totally recommend Splash Super Center!!
