I just ordered the twilight chair for my 94 year old Dad. It’s going to take a ER a month to arrive, but we are excited to get it in August. I ordered the white glove set up and I’ve already been told who would be coming out to set it up when it arrives. I’ll post again when we get the chair.

Spinlife's website was easy to navigate which made all purchasing admin easy. Information on product superb. Photos comprehensive. Pricing was competetive. Product being shipped after July 29, 2022. We will see. But for now, all is Excellent!

We were told would receive email confirming order. Never received. We paid for expedited two day shipping and then told item back ordered. After another contact we were told you would remove charge for expedited shipping then you recontacted to say you could not do that because item was already shipped! Very confusing and conflicting info! Terrible customer service. John adaniels

The manufacture did have this item on back, however the order shipped earlier than expected as their inventory was received. We were not aware of the early shipping until we contacted them upon your request to remove the expedited shipping. We are happy to see that your product did arrive within 2 days of shipping
I found the website to be easy to use. All products (lift chairs) had a photo, descriptions, specs, price. Ordering was also easy and straight forrward. All in all a positive experience.

Although as of the date of this rating I have not purchased anything from Spinlife (waiting for color swatches) the customer service I received from Jaime Greer was superior. I absolutely would not hesitate recommending Spinlife to anyone just based on this one interaction. She was very pleasant and patient answering all of my questions. Spinlife does have the product I am looking for. If the color swatch matches what I need I will definitely order the item through Jaime. Thank you very mucj Jaime.
