If there was a misunderstanding it occurred at the delivery office , it took 3 days before I called to find out why the scooter hadn’t moved. Only to find out they were waiting for a call from us about the delivery arrangements. Other than that I’m satisfied with your company so far.

Ordering parts made simple and fast! Really great experience. Needed new batteries for my EW20. Knowledgeable sales rep sent me purchase order/invoice online,used my PayPal account and Voila, Done in minutes.

I have time to do this while I'm on hold waiting for help with my order. It wasn't clear when I ordered a wheelchair for my mom that it wouldn't arrive for 3 months. I do not need it 3 months. But I was already charged for it. It used to be that you would not be charged for a product until it shipped. You have already charged me 300+ for a product that won't arrive for 3 months. That was made clear after I was charged. I never would have ordered it if I had known. I wonder how long it will take me to actually get someone in customer service to cancel the order. ...I'm still on hold. Bummer.
