Ish was very helpful and genuine in his responses... nice to talk to someone who doesnt have an accent and i cant understand what they are saying. also was knowledgeable about products

I'm very satisfied with my online shopping experience at Spin Life. I was able to find an excellent price for the mobility scooter I was looking for. I signed up for their email notifications and was able to apply a coupon they sent me. Easy checkout. After I made the purchase, they have kept me updated on the status of my order. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they shipped my order (I ordered it yesterday and they shipped it today!). I'm excited to receive my new scooter soon! I will update my review when I receive it. I highly recommend them if you're looking to buy a mobility scooter! Their company is trustworthy, reliable, fast, and good communicators.

The White Glove Service was prompt, efficient and friendly. He explained how my new hospital bed worked and answered any questions my husband and I had throughout the process. He also repeatedly asked if we had any questions. I also found the service desk people at your site to also be prompt, efficient and friendly. I recommend Spine Life to others and will return to them if or when I need additional medical equipment.

Scammers. Advertise free white glove service and refunds. Complete lies. You will wind up spending plenty sending an unwanted chair back to the company. Quick to cash a check and slow to refund. Do yourself a favor and deal with another outfit. Thanks for helping yourself $800 from the refund. Displeasure doing business with you. Update: reimbursed fully after six months. Too bad my mother died while waiting on the refund. Required nasty reviews to get anywhere attention. Serves as a warning to the elderly and disabled who may be living on a fixed income, as she was.

This program allowed you to purchase the Jazzy Air 2 power wheelchair at regular price, try the chair, and return it for a full refund, waiving for you the regular return policy conditions of a restocking fee and a return shipping fee. If help was needed for repackaging the item, the white glove return service was available for purchase. We apologize if this was not reviewed with you when you placed your order. As a courtesy we have waived the fee for the white glove return and you have been refunded your full purchase price. I did not receive the chair that was pictured at time of sale. Beware when doing business with SpinLife!! Follow up: I was sent a replacement chair by Feather Mobility. Again not the chair displayed by Spin Life when I made the purchase. Spin Life was displaying a chair no longer available from Feather Mobility. Spin Life was being deceptive, misleading or just stupid. Be careful when dealing with Spin Life and Feather Mobility as well.
