My disabled husband has waited for his scooter!!! Delivered on Friday was just a seat!!! He called the representative where he stated there was two tracking numbers! But went into my account only shows the one tracking number!! He cannot leave the house!!! How dare you!! If it has not been shipped I will request a refund!!!

This will be the 2nd scooter I bought, the 1st one was on 8/2018, and so far no problems other than upgrading the fuse and new batteries which was my fault for not charging thru the winter!! The recent order is for Tom, he needs it now and I need the first Scooter

So far, the purchase process has been easy. I was contacted by email the same day with the information of the agent who will be delivering my mobility scooter. I have no other details to report. UPDATE: 04/27/23, My 76 year old father received his scout mobility scooter with the white glove delivery and this thing changed my father's life. He has the freedom and ability to go where he wants, when he wants. No longer worried about him walking long distances. Thank you

Scooter was delivered within 4 day’s packages were very well packed freight company was great also

I ordered the EW-45 mobility scooter. I was able to track the order, and I received it in a timely manner. I made a call to customer service, because I couldn't figure out how to open/lift the seat to find the fuse switch. That wasn't in the manual. FYI: you put tge key part way in and turn it to the left. That pops the seat up. The customer service rep was very helpful, kind and courteous. I absolutely love my EW45. I went out riding on it today. I enjoy it so much.
