Prompt delivery time snd so far a very good product

Great! Would purchase again. Fast shipping to Pennsylvania!

Purchase and delivery was easy and quick. Customer service answered all my questions and made the decision simple. I will say that the "White Glove" delivery left a little to be desired. They did move the bed to where I wanted it and set it up - then just said push the buttons and you will figure it out! I finally got it to all work after checking some electrical connections that were not made secure during the delivery. Frustrating for sure. All is well that ends well, and this experience ended well. The bed is awesome and well worth the price.

customer service, very knowledgeable about the product that fits me best

The sales representative was responsive with answering questions but things fell apart soon after. I paid $495 for white glove delivery. The delivery experience was less than seamless. There was a delay with shipping the mattress that gets delivered separately, however, no one at Spinlife bothered to inform us. To make matters worse, they allowed the delivery of the bed frame to be scheduled despite not having the mattress. Once the delivery person was at the house and the company's big mistake was discovered, they did offer to set back up the existing bed but there was an issue with doing that. We pivoted and my mom slept in a different bed in the guest room. Most people wouldn't think that's a big deal but the change in space is very disruptive for a person with dementia. It took another several days for the mattress to be delivered and for the technician to come back out. Meanwhile my mother's disoriented state worsened. After waiting another week for the SpinLife representative to contact me with an apology, I reached out to him to express dissatisfaction with the white glove delivery experience. He said someone from customer service would reach out to me. I waited but had to send another message to inquire when customer service would reach out. That person called with excuses and made no attempts at resolving the issue that I paid $495 for "white glove" service which they failed to meet.

There was a lot of chaos on an order I made due to the shipper not being able to deliver the product. After many contacts with Spinlife, the order was cancelled and all charges were reversed. Thank you, Spinlife.

I ordered a scooter and wanted to choose a payment plan. I received a form to fill out that wasn't for a payment plan and unknowingly filled it out. I've emailed and called Caleb Carter to cancel my order. I've not heard back from him. I want order#1312411084 cancelled now!

Edited: let me start by saying I initially had a poor experience, whereby I was led to believe my item (wheelchair tires) would arrive in 6 days, then once ordered I was updated that expected delivery would be 6 weeks. As you can imagine I was upset, so I immediately left a terrible review since it was the weekend and there was no customer service to reach. HOWEVER! That very next work day I was reached out to via email AND phone to help correct the matter. Furthermore they proceeded to go through root cause analysis and correct the mistaken procedure internally. And finally, while it took a few more days than initially expected, the item arrived in perfect condition and exactly as expected. I’ve honestly only experienced this level of customer service in a couple of situations in all my time shopping online. I fully trust Spinlife and, unlike so many ecommerce companies, they stand behind their commitment to serving customers. Kudos to the entire team!!
