No notification of delivery time. Twice. Only got confirmation of dispatch after I wrote to threaten to cancel payment. I cant do 1-800 outside of USA. My daughter cant speak. The problem was your service person put Spinlife email in the User field. No apology. Support hung up as soon as they admitted that. Audit your process. I'm not here to solve the problem I already spent too many hours trying to sort the situation. We have the chair now. End of story.

The ordering process can be overwhelming with so many variables and options. Greg Morris is patient and highly knowledgeable. He worked directly with our client to get it just right and made it easy. Thank you Greg on behalf of Linda and myself! San Juan Center for Independence.
