Was given wrong advice on product I needed. When it came I contacted them for a refund authorization. Received notice that the product was returned on 12/20/2019 but still haven't received credit for returned product.

The chair itself is great, but I paid $44 for a cup holder that we NEVER RECEIVED. I called and sat on hold forever and had to talk to a person to get status... which they were supposed to email me. I would call again, but I HATE that I have to call and would rather email my request for either a refund for the cup holder or to actually send it to me.

I love my new mobility scooter from SpinLife. It very easy to dismantle and reassemble. Needs only a small place to store it in a car trunk, etc. Very easy to maneuver around corners. Nice looking.
