unanswered emails and long waits for replacement warranty parts on wheelchair. Bad advice with backrest mount and then quoted 276 for the correct mounting hardware, the backrest was 480 so it's crazy to get a quote to fix a fitting error from their recommendations... Customer support is pretty poor, it took 8 weeks to replace a broken wheelchair leg and when it finally came it was for the wrong chair and didn't fit. I was going on vacation and had one leg support. Maybe they don't realize that people can't wait months for mobility solutions

Item was on backorder from manufacturer. Said I should get it in March and it came in early Feb. They were easy to work with and kept me informed on the status of the item.
