My mobility scooter arrived and my daughter help me get out of the package and put it together. We had one piece that was broke in package but it was such a small issue and it didnt effect the working product of the scooter so we let it go. it rides good and we took it out to our mall one day and it did great. i love it so far.

We ordered an extra battery PACK not extra batteries. We got extra batteries that we cant use unless we take them someplace to have them put in. Paid $ 205 for the PACK. Have never received it. Keep calling they tell us we should receive an email confirmation, that it shipped separately. Never received email or shipping invoice or the pack.

I ordered green, but received red. The very next day I bought it, it went on sale for $100 cheaper. Otherwise, it is a great feeling of freedom.

Great machine. My only wish is that it had larger tires to negotiate the gravel and lawn around our house.

Was easy to assemble, Even though it was assembled with the exception of the seat we had to take it apart to get it inside. I haven't had a chance to test it out yet but will be going out tomorrow. I'm glad I went with the upgraded seat. I know I'm going to wish I had gone for the suspension model but I can't pay the extra cost.

My order shipped out quickly. However, my scooter and chair were delivered to my white glove specialist last Wednesday (6/3) and as of yesterday they were not uncrated yet. I received a text today telling me that they had arrived at my specialist today (6/9) ?? My dad has severe arthritis and really needs these items. Makes me wonder why I paid the extra... As an update as of 6/12 still no chair or scooter. Keep getting promises of delivery and it is a no show.

While White Glove Delivery is a great option for our customers who need assistance with getting items into the home and set up, this service generally adds 5-7 days to the total delivery time because the Technician must inspect and test the item to insure that it delivered in good and working condition.
