The lift slings I ordered was NOT the one they sent me. Very misleading ad. Very overpriced item. Won't be back.

Very easy to put together. My sister and I had to watch the video about putting on the suction cups. Other than that, it was extremely easy and we had it in the tub in no time! Our mother really loves it. Very convenient for her. She has had no troubles getting in or out of the tub.

I needed to call the specialist with both of my purchases, simply because I couldn’t figure out the website.
