I ordered a Lift chair with the white glove service and they were not able to find a provider in our small town to provide the white glove service. They promptly contacted me by both phone and email and asked what I wanted to do. I decided to cancel the order and they promptly credited my credit card. That is good service!

The NOVA Transport chair I ordered on a Saturday night arrived by FedEx on the following Wednesday. I ordered from SpinLIve for free shipping of this item. All was in order.

You guys sent me expired battery it didn’t work properly, there is a huge expiration date says 05/22 and I don’t understand why u sent this to me , I will return it in first business day

Zero stars! Lift chair has been sitting in a warehouse in San Antonio for a week, arrived 4/19/2022. Tried calling SpinLife multiple times, call is automated to provide tracking number and contact shipper. Unable to talk to a live person at SpinLife. Shipping site tracking gave delivery date 4/25/2022 After waiting 4/25/2022 site update stated will call for delivery. We waited all day for call or delivery. No one called to arrange for delivery despite site update on 4/25/2022. 4/26/2022 9:17 am, Called shipper, Mainfreight, after waiting for call previous day and was told at that time they don’t deliver to our area. They would have Houston division call. Again, no call received all day as promised. Never had this issue with any online companies! Since unable to reach a live person at SpinLife and lift chair was not going to be delivered, I contacted my credit card company and initiated charge back to get my $1500 so I can buy needed lift chair elsewhere. Should have trusted my gut to do business with a reputable company and not do business with SpinLife. In response to the lame comment made July 26, 2022 from SpinLife made 3 months after the original comment posted April 27, 2022. Attempt to blame the customer for their failure is absurd. The SpinLife Automated system disconnects the customer after trying to enter the order number multiple times over several days. You Can’t choose any options when that happens. Choose any other company other than SpinLife. You will get better customer service AND your order for important, medical necessary equipment.

Bought Spitfire Scout 4 by Drive Medical 4/11/22 received 4/15/22. Put together and noticed gear on steering column missing teeth. Called SpinLife all day Monday, was placed on hold, left call back numbers, and after 3 hrs. spoke to Lisa and was told she "Guaranteed" she would get back to me. She never did.

I would give spinlife zero stars. Bought a Scout scooter. Spinlife advertises up to 15 miles on one charge. I’ve had 3 separate battery packs that I bought and never got over 3 miles. The scout scooter is a piece of jump. Parts fall off when you ride and you don’t even know you have lost them unless someone is walking behind you. Spinlife strung me along for 3 years with recommended fixes over the phone but refused to send out a tech. Now I’ve been stranded twice in the last week because the battery gauge doesn’t work. Now Spinlife says out of warranty. Terrible product and worse company. Read the reviews below. I’m not alone that Spinlife is a horrible company.
