Black pashmina
While I was not very impressed with the quality of this item, the company did reach out to me after my initial review and offered me a partial refund which is much appreciated. They were very responsive with emails.

It has indeed very disturbing for us to know about your dissatisfaction with the wrap. We wish that you had written to us earlier. Anyway, it's never too late. It was an oversight on our part. Your review has helped us to further streamline our systems. As mutually agreed to, besides retaining the wrap, we have given you the refund to remedy the situation to your satisfaction. We look forward to serving you better.
