My experience started out rough. I registered an account and filled out all the forms correctly before placing an order for my parts. Somehow their system got my address mixed with another. My order got shipped to the wrong state. At first communication was rough but after realizing they operate from a different time zone, the communication became constant. They did everything they said they would do and my parts just showed up. We all get caught up in wanting everything immediately, but this is life and things happen. I very much appreciate the company making things right and getting me my parts in a pretty timely manner considering the circumstances.

Dear Customer, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and honest review. We’re truly sorry your experience started off rough with the address mix-up and shipping issue — that was absolutely on us, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration. We really appreciate your understanding about our time difference and for being so patient while we worked to get everything corrected and your parts delivered to you properly. It means a lot that you acknowledged we kept our word and made things right. Customers like you make what we do worth it, and we’re incredibly grateful for your kindness and trust. We hope you love your parts, and we look forward to serving you again in the future! Best Regards, Scarlett spelabautopart Customer Support [email protected]
Ordered the CCV recirculating kit for my 2022 F-250 shipping was fast and the quality of the material is awesome made heavy duty. Installation was a breeze! Did have to cut a tap off the fuel filter housing but nothing important fit perfectly. Will be purchasing more great quality kits from SPELAB in the future!

The parts are great and made a world of difference once I figured out where the map sencer went. Way more horsepower and quicker response with the throttle. Customer Service is slow and that's why I only gave 4 stars

Dear Customer, We are working hard to expand our customer service team to ensure faster response times. Our goal is to respond to all messages within 6 hours. Currently, we are receiving a huge volume of orders and emails, which is straining our processing capacity. Fully implementing this plan will take some time, but we will continue to improve our service. Best Regards, Scarlett spelabautopart Customer Support [email protected]
