The only thing I would like to see is a better break down of the programmer, other than that this was a great add on to my truck and I love the results.

I have a 2018 ram 2500. It is my source of income my only source of income because I haul travel trailers across the country so I recently made a few purchases. I got the differential covers, EGR DPF delete kit along with a grid heater delete kit and an intake horn so let me remind you how rough the economy is right now so to come up with roughly $3000 is not all that easy so I would expect fairly decent Customer Service with the company you spent that kind of money with but boy was I wrong it is impossible to get a hold of this company. They only have an email so my truck is sitting on a lift while I’m waiting to hear back via email. I’ve lost a whole day work and I’m gonna lose another one tomorrow because it’s still on the lift and we haven’t heard back you would think a company this size would have at least a telephone number. You could leave a voicemail something but no they have nothing or they choose to give out nothing because they don’t want to deal with all the negative feedback but I highly recommend you spend the extra money and get a delete kit somewhere else I would just about pay the difference just so people would stop going through this company. I’m disgusted right now with the response time I’m dealing with a little bit of common courtesy goes a long way. I know they’re gonna send me the links they have posted but not one of them tells you anything about the mini Max and a 2018 tune it’s been a nightmare so if anybody reads this and are having thoughts of buying a delete kit from this company, please think twice and contact me and I’ll send you a couple dollars to make up the difference for somebody else.

I was having trouble when I accidentally ordered something and someone was right there when I needed help. Then when I asked about my package because it took a while for it to get into transit, I asked where it might be and I got a response and a picture.

I have placed 3 with this company , all for LMM parts, I will say so far so good , parts seem to be of good quality and fitment is pretty good, definitely affordable parts , I did have to send 1 item back and that experience was pretty good as well , ended up not needing it

There wasn’t enough hardware to install the air ram horn (factory bolts won’t work) The air temp sensor does not thread into the intake plate. There is not plug for the intake sensor plate (I believe you moved the sensor onto the air ram horn, there is no wiring for that sensor available to purchase to cover 2ft of distance

It was an easy install, wasn’t a difficult install at all. Also it came in a few days before the expected delivery date so that was a plus.

Flawless installation and no issues programming. Read instructions first and you will have no problems.
