Outstanding customer service and products. Excellent communication. I have multiple items pre-ordered and Todd and company are always amazing throughout the process. I highly recommend and will continue to do business with them in the future.

I’ve been buying many statues (at least 20 statues) from SpecFiction and I’ve always had great shopping experiences with this store. The customer service is the best and they go way and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with my purchases. I highly recommend this store to everyone for all your statue shopping needs.

If you want to spend alot of money on an Incomplete figure, deal with time wasting customer service, wait an eternity for an item listed in stock then this is the shop for you!

Hello Danielle. Truly sorry the item came with a missing head. I know we spoke last week, and we are in the process of trying to get you the part from the manufacturer. Regarding shipping times, this item was noted as shipping by sea from our China warehouse. We offer free shipping for items shipped by sea. Although it takes a bit longer, we feel the cost savings makes up for it. We do offer expedited, but it does cost extra, unfortunately. I will be in touch with you soon about the missing head. Thank you!
Had a great recent experience, I was trying to place an order but had issues applying my points correctly. I reached out using the website chat and promptly got a reply. Todd helped get my issue resolved within minutes and my order placed. It was in low stock so I was super appreciative of the speed of his support so I could snag a statue I really wanted!

Specfiction has come through for me throughout the years of my collecting journey every single time. The customer service is phenomenal. Even with unforeseen delays, I’ve always had great service and communication throughout the whole process. I’ve also received great aftercare service when something arrived broken. The owner Todd Johnson is the best and extremely kind. Will always recommend people to buy from Specfiction. Never had a bad experience with them
