All is great. I wish you would add a feature so I could mark down a client designation for each call. It would then appear on my invoice.

Hi Marc! Thank you for your review! We do offer that feature, and most of our law firms like to use it. We call it a PAC (projecting accounting code). If you would like it added, please e-mail [email protected] and let us know if you want the "mandatory" bill code prompt or the "optional" prompt. If you choose the mandatory code, your call will be unable to start without it (fyi). Thanks again! Becky
Their reservationless conference call platform has loads of features. Easy to use and their sales & support staff really try to please their customers!
