Did not receive what was ordered. 2 stars because the gentleman to spoke to was very nice and adjusted my account accordingly. I had to scramble to find product for a cake.

We do apologize that the item received did not match what was expected. You have been refunded for the part of the order the was incorrect.
I am happy with my purchase, but still have not received answer to my question sent a few days ago. Some of the dots for the lampshades do not stick. I asked for advice on what to do to make them stick. No reply yet

You can use a toothpick and apply a small amount of super glue to adhere the rhinestones back onto the lamp shades. Sometimes the rhinestones are loosened in transit. I've called and sent emails the day I received my order that I was missing one yard of my order. I haven't received any response. My very first order I was so happy that I placed another order for 3 times as much 2 weeks later. I'm unsure what happened but the company doesn't seem to have a problem losing a long term future customer for a few dollars.
