I paid $25 for 2 day delivery. The package took 5 days to be delivered. Spanx is ignoring all of my emails requesting a refund for the 'expedited' delivery

The product is very low quality. Customer service practically non-existent. When I wrote reviews - several times - they disappeared from the website. Maybe 2 is too high!

Price quality does not worth at all Expensive products and material does not worth it I have bought undie tectable briefs and after circa 6 months were completely ruined. I washed them following instructions and with due care Material is not good and they are expensive They fit very good and do not roll and I bought more but then I found out the material is not good and do not worth at all and I did not find in the site how to convey my experience showing photos. It is not a friendly site to hear the voice of the customer. So I have used Trus Pilot

I ordered a pair of raved-about pants that were final sale. They arrived and were everything people said, perfect fit, impossibly soft and flattering. However on both back pockets there are NOTICEABLE circular marks/stains. I took a picture and they said they would replace them and sent a return label. I replied that I was very disappointed as this is my first order and due to the hundreds of reviews I felt confident enough to plan an outfit for an important work event around them, and that now with less than 24 hours I have to come up with something else. You know…FEEDBACK. I print the label and pack the pants up, only to be told in a later email that she CANCELED THE RETURN LABEL. I’m sorry, WHAT?! How in any universe is that a solution. I still have to return them, though now at my own expense, and wait for a refund, and wait for the replacement, so why would you add multiple steps for no reason. I’m so annoyed I’m going to keep the pants and I will never order from them again.

I purchased a pair of trousers size xs and just received them today. It's the carefree crepe trouser. They are hideous! Anyone would look frumpy in them. It would be useless to tailor them. I will never purchase from this company again!!! I also don't remember them being marked as final sale. I intended to try them on first before I decided to keep them. So disappointed! Stay away from their products unless you want to look like you wear old things that were purchased at Kmart (even Walmart would be a step up from this style).

Purchased the ´ Seamless Power Sculpting High-Waisted Mid-Thigh Short´ in medium, I am 5’5, 130 lbs. Fit is so tight, it seemed & felt like a very tight girdle and , it showed under the garment that I had one on. Returning it and my fault, I had not read the $15 processing fee prior to buying it. Had I read that, I would have gone to The Bay or elsewhere. Lesson learned, never again

I don't tend to spend a lot of money on leggings, but I finally decided to invest in a few nice pairs, so I bit the bullet and bought from Spanx. Twice now, my $100+ leggings have ripped holes nowhere near a seam and twice they do not send a replacement. After the first time, I thought it was a fluke, but twice? This time on a pair I hardly wear? Not going to make that mistake again. My Old Navy leggings hold up waaaay better.

I bought a cami from Spanx and it came to my home but when I opened the package I noticed it had grease marks on the bra area. I sent it back and was charged a fee for their mistake of sending it out to a customer dirty. I am awaiting my refund. In the future Spanx should not have packing people eating on the job or touching the merchandise after eating. Maybe checking the machines that pack the merchandise for grease.
