After experiencing a fault with my device I emailed Space touch and was amazed at the rapid response. Jeanne was brilliant, extremely helpful and arranged for a replacement device, which I received within a week.Even considering the time difference and distance I can’t believe how promptly this matter was dealt with. I’d highly recommend Space touch and the Jupiter device! Thank you Jeanne
