Purchased my Vega while in Las Vegas and used it for pain in my legs and feet when it quite working properly I contacted them. Long story short they had me send it to them and replaced it with a new one. Thanks SpaceTouch 1-12-24

I purchased my Cosmo full body LED skincare therapy device by Spacetouch in December 2023. The sales rep was informative, patient, understanding, not at all pushy and extremely helpful. I appreciated him. He connected me with tech support once my device arrived to help me learn how to best use it. I too found Jeanne to be knowledgeable, helpful and great about staying in touch until I felt like I had a handle on using this new device. (Then she checked back just to make sure!) Actually I found it fairly simple with very few things to learn, it just seemed intimidating. Plus the included manual was very thorough and besides detailed instructions includes "recipes " for numerous treatments. Very helpful manual. My Cosmo gets used everyday, multi times by the adults in our home and additional family members that live nearby. It's used for everything from pain relief, acne scaring, wrinkles, psoriasis, hair growth, weak knees, to sluggish liver and pancreas, sore shoulders, lower back pain and sun spots to name a few. Even though it hasn't been a full month we are starting to see results. My Dr commented about how she could tell my knees were stronger last week and wondered what I was doing. She was very supportive to hear it was LED light therapy and encouraged me to continue this treatment. We both think it's helping my sluggish metabolism as I've lost 6 pounds for the first time in 11/2 years. I don't know who was most surprised and excited me or my Dr!!! I won't take the shots she wanted me to take for that condition and she didn't have any other answers. We're both hopeful it will continue to improve. Cosmo is very easy and enjoyable to use. The full 23" unit works on my entire body just fine and I'm not a tiny little thing! I just couldn't be any more pleased with my purchase. Looking forward to years and years of benefit out of Cosmo at our house. I certainly appreciate all the encouragement given to me to adjust to a completely new concept by the team that introduced, sold, trained and encouraged me on my Cosmo LED full body device. I consider both the team and the device 5* quality.

Return for replacement experience was efficient and timely. Just in time for Christmas! Team at Las Vegas HQ was wonderful to work with. Device works for all types of things… skin firming, inflammation, pore reduction, etc…

I bought my device 5 years ago and use it regularly. I often get compliments on my skin. I recently had an issue with my device and the customer service was outstanding. It was such a relief to experience such prompt and efficient service. Especially for something I purchased 5 years ago.

We originally bought two devices several years ago. Eventually, each one stopped keeping a charge. Both have now been replaced in conjunction with the lifetime warranty. The customer service with Jeanne each time was responsive and thorough and resulted in new devices being delivered to my door. (Even during December!) Thank you for standing behind your product, warranty, and customers!

We had purchased a Space touch Jupiter unit in 2019, and had been successfully using it since then. Some months ago the unit stopped taking a charge. When we contacted Space touch about the issue, they were quickly responsive and worked with us to get us a replacement unit. High quality company with a professional attitude.

My product stopped working after three years and it was a no fuss return process. Within a week I had my new device delivered to my house will definitely continue to do business with this company.
