I had ONE very rough time, but then I had literally five right before it that were delightful. I got kinda angry about something that happened, but overall, they delivered on 90 percent of what they promised, and it saved me months of time. That time savings alone makes it worth it I guess. Make sure you check if your CCU upgrade is going to overwrite your LTI. Don't be like me.
