they sold me the wrong ship and still cant get my money back

Apologies for the late response. From what I see all your orders were delivered, so I can't tell which one was affected - but if any issue remains, please message me to [email protected] and I'll personally take care it's fixed or that said order is refunded.
I've requested a refund for an item I purchased and never received it. So no, I will not be shopping or promoting this company or website again.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. We reviewed the order and can confirm that the digital product was successfully delivered and claimed on the RSI account. When you contacted us about not being able to locate it, we explained that RSI hangars are sorted by creation date rather than delivery date, and you later provided a screenshot showing the delivered product in your hangar log. We also explained that the delivery email may show the original package name when a CCU-upgraded ship is delivered. This is normal for RSI/Star Citizen deliveries and does not mean a different product was sent. The listing also stated that this was a CCU’ed ship. We have provided the relevant correspondence and delivery evidence in the ongoing payment dispute and remain available through our support channels if you need further assistance.
Spent $160 for an upgrade and nothing, it's been a week, money thrown away, no response from space foundry

Didn't get item despite confirmation. And the order before that was canceled by seller.

I’ve verified with the seller that your product was shipped, but it looks like it hasn’t been claimed yet. Please also check your spam folder for the RSI delivery email, as it may have been filtered there. Since you already initiated a dispute, I’m arranging for your order to be cancelled and refunded. I’m in touch with the seller, and the refund will be processed as soon as the delivery is officially cancelled. EDIT Sept 11th: Reviewing with the seller, you have already claimed the product to your account, so no refund should be required. Please kindly cancel your dispute and review your rating, or contact our support should any issue persist!
Sounds like there's an issue between SF & the sellers which has ultimately screwed me over as I am now having to wait the next 7 business days for my refund to clear... so rip would suggest another site, I also got email from the seller but I'm suspicious so I won't go into that. Would look at more commonly used sites at this moment.

Sorry for the late reply; it seems I missed commenting here since the topic was already resolved on our support channel. The issue was a mismatch in expectations: This rating was posted when delivery wasn't instant, but our deliveries are done manually and not automatically. A 24-hour delivery policy applies to all our products sold. The product was delivered correctly within that time, and the issue was clarified and resolved during business hours.
