I had a very slight issue with my order that may not matter to most people but I reached out, they got back to me quickly and were very helpful. We got everything straightened out quickly and easily and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. I would order from them again and recommend to everyone.

Quite satisfied with my transaction and intend to come back and purchase more gear. When I checked out on my purchase, I inadvertently had an old address selected in the payment system. Did not notice until afterward, and so I contacted the Sound Shoppe admin. They responded immediately and corrected the address for me right away. The item came quickly and it was very well packed with bubble wrap etc. Everything was in order. Thanks!
