Great product, good price and fast delivery

I ordered a $24 dollar door sweep, and was charged $20 to ship it. Ridiculous when other companies provide free shipping.

Shipping took way to long and I believe the rate was too high. Purchased late Friday afternoon, item was shipped on a Monday, and received the following Monday. Website advertised fast shipping to the job site, but in my case this was not true. USPS flat rate priority would have cost the same and gotten to me in 3 days.

Customer service is excellent. Kellen was very helpful. Product - Quiet Barrier MD - is outstanding. I used it to cover a closed door between offices. Perfect!

best sound proofing material we have found

I thought Ryan was very helpful however what he recommended to quiet our sump pump did not work. And we spent a lot of money for no difference in sound.

The material came right on time. I have not been able to install it so I cannot mention about the results, but so far, so good.
