Easy to find products and order

I attach the 1/4 inch MLV to one inch foam panels and use them to cover the two windows in my daughter's bedroom. My neighbor works shifts and when he starts up the car using remote starter the car will horn twice and engine started. That is very disturbing since his driveway is pretty much right next to her second floor bedroom window. From a non scientific observation (simply listening with my ears) I think the MLV reduces the horn noise by 35 - 40 %. I was hoping that it would block out most of the noise. Maybe I am expecting too much.
