Great service. I called twice to get some questions answered that I could not figure out online. They were patient and friendly and shipped the next day. I cant speak to the product bc it has not been installed but it did have the same level of blocking as rock wool but less dangerous.

The material looks great. The only issue that I had was that the shipping price was outrageous. It doubled the cost of the insulation. That being said, it is a great product.

Good day Ryan, We thank you for providing feedback and we are very sorry to see this low score. We continually monitor online sales to ensure that the UPS shipping calculations are correct, unfortunately, Quiet Batt Cotton insulation does not weigh a lot, it is the size of the boxes that cause the high shipping pricing. We have worked closely with the third party shipping companies that we use to try and keep the rates as reasonable as possible, due to the high volume that we ship, we are able to pass along a significant discount to our customers. It looks like when your order was placed on 3/22/2021 that the shipping charged was rather high and subsequently, incorrect, it did not have the discount applied. Our team saw that and it looks like your purchasing credit card was credited $171.91 on 3/23/2021, which would have been the difference from the original amount charged and the actual shipping charged by UPS for your order, changing the shipping from $413.84 to $241.93. I do apologize that you were originally charged the incorrect higher amount, but am very happy to see that our team saw the order and in less than 24 business hours corrected it and had your refund processed. We thank you for supporting a Veteran started, Woman owned, small business. Wishing you a wonderful day, we hope your project was successful. Be safe, be well. The Soundproof Cow Team

Soundproof Cow gets 5 stars. I’d work with them anytime. Trustpilot, not so much. This is the second time I’ve written a review. Not sure why it didn’t work the first time.

Good day Matt, We apologize for the delayed response and for your frustration with Trustpilot. We do truly appreciate you taking the time to submit such an amazing review, twice :-). We wish you a wonderful day, be safe, be well. The Soundproof Cow Team
They had the ideal soundproofing material for my application, and shipped right away. I was inadvertently overcharged for shipping - - but Soundproof Cow detected the overcharge and provided the proper credit without any prompting from me.

Good day Joseph, Thank you very much for the amazing rating and feedback, we truly appreciate it. Our fabulous team really does a great job of monitoring for errors and fixing them when found, now and then something may slip past us, but we try to be on top of things, thank you for the shout out! :-) Wishing you a wonderful day, be safe, be well. I ordered a sheet of sound proofing for a cabinet generator and an e450 Ford. The order came the next day which was shocking to me. I figured it take a week to receive. I also receive fast help on the product that would be best for my application. The service was fantastic. The product works, was easy to install.
