I really liked working with this company! I ordered online. Right away they contacted me, letting me know that shipping wass overcharged, they caught it, and it would be refunded quickly. The material arrived quicker than I thought and was easy to work with. (I hung mine behind a tapestry we had framed and put up in my office) It helped tremendously with calming the echo sound (12 foot ceilings and a large room). I would and will buy from them again in the future =)

Great service. I built my own VO sound booth using all SPCow products. But best thing was they answered all my MANY questions quickly which helped a lot. Went over product with sales consultant and he ordered up what I needed.

The cost of shipping was absolutely ridiculous. Astronomical is the only word to adequately describe it. But I paid it because I really wanted to see if the product helped in my situation.

We are a bit confused as to why you are not happy with the roll length, as this is discussed in numerous locations on our website. Nowhere does it state on our website that one roll (or case) will complete any job. Specifications Weight 3 lbs Dimensions 3 in. x 8 ft. Thickness 5/16 in. Think of the wind blowing on a window that is not sealed properly, a simple touch will confirm the air is passing through those non-sealed areas, sound is transferred in a similar manner. I wish there was a very inexpensive option that would fix all needs, unfortunately, that does not exist. In regards to your being upset with the cost of shipping, the amount that UPS Ground charged is beyond our control. Over the last year and a half the cost of mailing / shipping has seen costs double, some have tripled, this is globally. If we had a solution to help ease the increase we absolutely would have it implemented, unfortunately, we believe this trend will continue as we see material shortages, employee shortages, etc. This is affecting the world, not just our company. We would be happy to discuss this with you and see if we can help to better your noise issue. I called Soundproof Cow to talk about soundproofing my window ac unit. The representative guided me to potential products that might help, but tempered my expectations because it was an issue they haven't had much success soundproofing. My product came timely, I installed it, and the noise was reduced. I appreciate the honesty of the representative making sure I knew what to expect before spending my money.
