Ordered extra insoles for a friend who suffers from very flat feet she absolutely loves them. Better than the $300 insoles recommended by her podiatrist.

My husband has flat feet and great difficulty finding shoes that are supportive enough to prevent his feet and ankles from hurting. He has orthotics, but they make it difficult to find a pair of shoes that fit well while using the orthotics. He tried the insoles for a week during vacation and found that they did a great job of keeping his feet comfortable. Now, if only he wasn’t too lazy to move them among his shoes, it would be great!

This company has the best insole products I've ever used. They are very simple solution to foot problems I've had most of my life. I have ordered from Soul Insole several times because their products work!

Still waiting for my November order - been 6 weeks. Tracking tells me it's still in the USA.

We can see from your tracking number that your order arrived to the UK, so it is likely sitting in your local customs - or it's possible that it has been lost by the post - Tracking Number: LX685099954US. This is taking a bit longer than usual and we will definitely re-ship your order right away if this is your wish. Or, we can cancel your order, provide a refund and you can refuse the shipment when it arrives. Or, we can refund the order for now and if it arrives, you can purchase it at that time if you would still like to keep it. I live near the Disney parks and we go there regularly. Usually, by the time we get from the parking lot to the park, my feet and hips are already aching but not this time!! I just spent two full days in the parks with visiting friends and the Soul Insoles truly saved me! I couldn't believe it! We spent 10+ hours in the parks each day and I felt great!! These insoles are amazing!! (the only reason I gave 4 stars is because I still can't figure out how to stick them into my shoes)

Glad you're enjoying the insoles so far! Are you having issues with the adhesive or finding the correct placement? We are happy to help! Here is a video on placement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_kfAzHKlUM As for the adhesive, did you know they're washable? After scrubbing them clean with water, set them out to dry and the adhesive renews. If they weren't sticky to begin with, then you may have a defective pair and we can return them. There are some materials that the adhesive just doesn't adhere as strongly to, if this is the issue, then double sided tape can be used and we are happy to send you some. Please reach out! This is my second time buying these. I bought two sets this time. They are easily moved from one pair of shoes to another, but I wanted to leave them in a couple of pairs. My feet love them and they make dress shoes that come without arches comfortable. As hard as it is to believe that washing them refreshes the stickiness, it really does. I highly recommend.

It appears that I made the mistake of thinking this company had a base in the United Kingdom, so hence my low rating on my previous review. I retract my comments previously made, and now have give the company a four star rating, as they were prompt in giving me a refund. I cannot comment on why I made the mistake, but if I had known they had to arrive from America , I would have understood the timescale. Wrenton Rogers.

Excellent product. Excellent service. I asked a question on their website; they answered less than a day later. And when they told me they don’t yet make the product I was looking for (set for production next year), they steered me toward some other companies that make what I needed. I’ll buy from them again, and again.
