Excellent masseurs, quick replies and easy!

The masseuse is always at least decent, but as is expected, some are better than others. I suggest requesting a favorite when you find one.

I have used this service a few times. Most often I have gotten a a therapist who wasn't very good. Once I got one who was downright scary. I have a lady who talked through the whole massage and wouldn't stop massing my feet despite having said that I wanted to focus on my upper back. That one was the last straw The 2 times that I did get a decent therapist and tried for a request, which soothe says they can usually accommodate, I have gotten someone else. No email saying that my therapist was unavailable, nothing. That makes getting someone good a crapshoot. I want to love this service for it's accessibility and convenience but yeah, they need better people. On the upside, they have always been polite and on time.

This is a fantastic service. The only cons are the inconsistency of the service, which we could probably improve by requesting the same therapists. Otherwise everything is excellent and we are obsessed!

Every masseuse has been awesome

I think the therapist wasn't professional. I felt a lot of friction on the skin and sometimes pains. After the experience I slept very bad and today (the day after) I'm tired and soar.

It's really a treat to have them come to your home. Every massage therapist has been great, show up on time, no issues, no worries. Already great communication.
