Just tried for an hour to use this app and website, BOTH crashed and then i had to wait 15 minutes for someone who cannot communicate to tell me to download the app. Just go elsewhere. Atrocious user expierence and non existent customer service.

No options for the customer to make changes, updates, declinations, etc. No customer service response or real service portal whatsoever.

The masseur was pleasant and well-prepared. I found the communication via the website cumbersome.
