Hi Donovan! Thank you so much for leaving this review. We're thrilled to have your love and support. Have a great day!
Customer service is non existent. You will never get any reply or help for questions. I got super lucky pushing some of my songs through because I messaged a MILLION people who worked at songtrust lol. Other than that, it’s been a year and about half my catalog (20+) songs where I am the SOLE creator, are still “processing and verifying”. Ridiculous. Very frustrating company

Thank you for sharing your experience, Angel. I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve had a frustrating time with our service, especially as an independent artist. It’s understandable to feel overwhelmed when you’re not getting the support you need. We truly value your music and the hard work that goes into creating it. The processing delays and lack of communication you’ve experienced are not what we aim for, and I can see how that would be incredibly disheartening. Your feedback is important to us; I’ve gone ahead and shared this with our team. Please reach out to Support if you have any questions or concerns about your registrations and we will look into this further for you.
Everyone I’ve interacted with is helpful and knowledgeable, always bringing their A Game! Also, your interface is seamless!

Once you qualify for early payout (which is a month earlier than the actual date) you get approved quickly and paid out within 24 hours. Smooth experience with no issues.
