Customer Support was very useful. Took a bit longer to get a response relative to similar music industry services. Overall very good though.

What makes songtrust reliable is that they monitor and track all the songs in their system before sending the eligible tracks for registration. They also have another offer called Songtrust Amplified where members get to know their status and level they have reached. I just shared my current experience with them so far i will update them in the future.

Easy to add song feature is awesome. The Tax info was somewhat awkward and I was hesitant about sharing such sensitive information.

It was easy to join Although joining was straightforward, finishing the setup was a bit confusing as I was waiting for finakuzation before uploading my work. Fortunately Songtrust sent me an email advising that I needed to upload at least one work to finish onbiarding, so I did and it is now completed.
