Its been days and nothing has started It still shows my artists status as processing Is this a scam that just takes $100?

Hi Stefan, for us to register songs with our global pay source partners where they are earning, first, our Copyright Team reviews and validates songwriter information, song metadata, and splits. As different societies have their own song registrations processes, our team also needs to ensure they're being delivered in the correct formatting for each society. If you have any specific questions about the status of your songs, you can always reach us by emailing [email protected]!
I upload a song from 3 weeks ago and it is still in processing and I’ve tried to reach out via email to no avail.

We've since been in touch and hope we were able to clarify why your song was in Processing, but that's never an excuse for leaving a request unanswered. I have sent some emails regarding issues with my account, my composers name etc. I have not received an answer yet
