Product was perfect as shown! Loved my Versace sunglasses!! Only thing was that shipping took 2 weeks a little to long other then that great!

Ordered item on 6/09. Was told that I will not receive item until August. Extremely disappointed.

Delayed shipping although it stated that the sunglasses were in stock and would ship within 2-3days. It’s currently 2 weeks + and I have yet gotten my sunglasses. My theory is-there is so much competition online and companies will sell you a dream to get a sale!!!!

I called and the person that answer was 100% cordial and knowledgeable not sure the date it was few days ago

Received a used pair of scratched up sunglasses. Customer service was terrible, and after sending them pictures they said they had to review them in person without sending me a prepaid return label. Ridiculous!

You could, certainly improve the comunication!! For more than 10 days I had no word about my order! The product is amazing! After a while I received my order!

They don't resolve my problem my package it wasn't delivered and don't resolve nothing...never going to buy here again

Communication, lack thereof I should say, is TERRIBLE! No updates and no answers.
