Will taught him how to be his best advocate and to highlight his accomplishments in a thoughtul way that was meaningful to the schools he was applying to. We had a such a positive experience with Solomon Admissions and Maura Connors. Maura worked with our daughter starting in 10th grade, and really listened to our daughter’s interests and goals. Maura helped our daughter shape a compelling pathway of courses and activities, weaving in all of our daughters interests, and she was successful at inspiring our daughter to follow with focus! With Maura’s guidance, our daughter had many choices within top 20 schools, including all of the schools we contracted with Solomon to guide her through - plus the only Ivy she applied to, and she got many merit awards from her target and safety schools. Highly recommend Solomon!

Consultant was great, we had issues with timing and flexibility few times where our daughter had her deadlines/finals at school and when he said he will not make time for her bcz he has other students too. That part was difficult otherwise everything was good.

As a parent, it was extremely reassuring to have an expert guide my child through the daunting process that is college admissions. She is going to be attending the University of Michigan Ross School of Businss in the fall! Aurora, one of the senior consultants, did an excellent job of listening to my child's needs and giving suggestions that were attuned to her interests. I had a great experience, so I am going to continue using their services for my younger child. I would definitely recommend Solomon to others

I started my college journey with Solomon Consulting in my sophomore year of high school and I have no regrets about choosing their services. My consultant, Carla Crooker, did a fantastic job setting me up with all the resources I needed to be successful. I started my journey without knowing much about the college admissions process and she guided me through all of its complexities from interview prep to resume-building. She helped me with my applications to the UCs, UPenn (Wharton), and Stanford. She did a great job outlining what each particular college looks for in their students, which I made sure to emulate in my essays. With her invaluable help, I was admitted to all of the schools listed above.

My counselor did a good job of providing a wide variety of schools that would be a good fit for me. It was helpful to see the breakdown telling me schools I should look at applying ED1, ED2, EA, or regular decision. Solomon was invaluable when it came to editing the Common App essay and supplemental essays. My counselor also helped me to build a resume, prepare for interviews, and worked with me to plan my class schedule. There were times where I wished my counselor would have reached out more, but overall I would highly recommend the service.
