We really appreciate you taking the time to share this. Unsurprisingly, that fast and accurate help is becoming a pattern around here.
My sole interaction over the years has been with Matt Musselman in Support. First-rate guy. Fast. Attentive. Always solves my problems. Thank you, Matt.

I never have an issue getting support from SolidWP. When a problem arises, they're right on it - often to find out that I've done something that caused the issue in the first place!

I've been using the product for several years and have had very few problems. When I do have questions, I am always amazed at the speed and efficacy of the people responding to my support requests. Even though the brand has grown, it still feels like there are real people behind it.

I’ve been using WP Solid for many years now. The best thing is that I hardly ever need to reach out to Support because their products just work so well! On the view occasions where I have reached out to Support, the experience has been great - knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. In my last interaction, Brent helped me solve a challenge, and I was thankful to have the issue fixed so quickly.
