I had a issue with my subscription. I contacted Solid Security and had a few exchange to resolve my situation. The whole process took only 2 days, excellent service.

Great help, relevant advise and finally hands-on assistance in narrowing down to the actual cause of a nasty REST APi connection. It definitely helped me further to fix it at the end.

When trying to restore a client's website, I learned that SolidWP's legacy backup product, Backup Buddy, has been replaced by a more reliable one. As a non-technical, 14-year subscriber to the original product, that caused tremendous complications. (OK, so I was panicked.) The committed customer service techs held my hand with step-by-step instructions in personalized videos and helped me accomplish the mission within about three days.

Coming from Backupbuddy to Solid Central was quite a transition. Honestly, I found it difficult at first to make the transition but thankfully Brent and the team from SolidWP made it so much easier. Support is an essential factor in migrating between any platforms and I am very happy that SolidWP was there to guide me along the way. Greatly appreciated!
