After signing up with Solid Ground Financial I was a little skeptical, because the initial agent did not disclose all ground rules and was deceptive in some areas. Then I had some unforeseen events take place in my life, which hindered me from making the bi weekly pymts. Until today, speaking with Dominique Massey, I was considering no longer having this company do the work I could have done myself. But she broke the process down for me. She also had me speak with a Manager in the negotiation depart, I did not get her name. I am still having an issue with wrapping my head around the fees that are coming out of my payment. I do realize I have to pay for the time and leg work that goes into this type of arrangement. I have also referred my mother to Solid Ground Financial. And after I am done I will be referring my husband so we can have a fresh start.

Alex is AWESOME!!!! I didn't realize how much I was paying in loans a month. But Thanks to them...I will be loan free in a few months!!!! Alex is very friendly, very professional and easy to talk to. Thank You Alex!!!!

I would like to take the time out to Thank Danny Rodrigues for all his time and patience, he was great to work with setting up the program answered every question that I had, I definitely would recommend the company.

Like many others, I found myself in the installment/payday loan cycle. While I was able to manage the payments to the 3 lenders, they were making things pretty tight for me financially. I ended up getting sick & wanted to be proactive with my lenders to see if they would work with me on my payments, knowing that I would be missing some work, which would affect my pay. Despite my proactiveness (not a word!), none of my lenders wanted to work with me at all. Today, I signed my enrollment documents with Solid Ground and I couldn't be more excited/relieved. Nicki has been diligently working with me the past few days to ensure I understood the program, how the program works, what my payments would be, and what my savings are. My monthly payments will be cut by more than 50% & I feel a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Nicki has been absolutely wonderful. She's very responsive and understanding. I'm looking forward to breaking the installment loan cycle with Solid Ground's help!
