I was in a mess and had nowhere to turn. Then I saw a review for Solid Ground Financial. My specialist was Jonathan and he just took over. Handled all my questions multiple times with kindness. I drove him crazy calling all the time but he was always kind. He really saved me. I recommend this company highly!

The way they do things do don't seem legal. At first everything sounded good but they wanted me to make a payment first before they start the process with my account. Which I didn't felt comfortable doing. Then when I asked what was the name of the law firm they deal with again he gave me a totraly different name.

Do NOT trust these people. I started the process with this group with high hopes based on the other reviews on these kinds of sites, but I was VERY wrong. I was quoted a payment plan and began the process to have payments drafted from my account in hopes that this would be taken care of quickly and easily, but that was NOT the case at all. The lender drafted $900 from my account after they were contacted by Solid Ground Financial because the attorney did not ensure that theACH revocation was completed and sent. I was then blamed. I've been waiting for my assigned attorney to give me so kind of update over the last couple of months, but I have never heard back. Today, I was told that the money that was paid to settle this account was applied to another loan, which was not part of my contract and they were not approved to handle.

The company is absolutely wonderful. Alex was very pleasant and kind at all times. He was available to answer any questions at any time and responded quickly. I truly feel like part of the family at Solid Ground Financial.
