Solid-MerchReviews of solid-merch.com

Product is amazing quality and got to us amazingly fast!

I am extremely satisfied with the product I ordered. I had a few questions and they were all answered very quickly. CDs were amazing quality and the artwork was as well. I most definitely will be ordering more projects from Solid-Merch in the near future!

You're a go between a Chinese company. They charge 30 bucks assuming to keep import tax low while you charge 200. Just make the stuff in the US and charge what it costs.

The product turned out pretty good, but they were out of stock of a lot of their options. Also, it took a little longer than expected and it is hard to reach anyone directly. You have to leave messages and wait for return calls/emails.

High quality, fast, and excellent. Will use again 100%.

I have been using Solid Merch for many of my label releases, including cassette tapes and flexi-discs. The customer service is always top-notch and the communication is flawless. Since starting my label this past fall of 2020, Solid has been a pleasure to work with and I plan on using them for many more projects in the future. Most of all, they are reliable for anything I need. Thanks to the team at Solid Merch!

Some minor glitches but customer service (Lauren) was right on it and took care of it. The record itself was produced beautifully both graphically and sound wise. Based on my personal experience Solid Merch (A to Z) was excellent!

I was really happy with the CD's I ordered from Solid-Merch. They turned out better than expected, and showed up quickly. Thanks!
