The Solid-Merch team was super helpful through the entire process and communicated in a timely manner whenever concerns with my order arose. In the end, I received my order way ahead of schedule and everything looks great!

I understand you charge for the Track Names to appear; However I don’t think I should of had my Track listening/ Names of the Songs DELETED/EDITED OUT! Of my release!! I don’t think I should Of Paid for something I did on my own, that’s the reason why I didn’t get that feature; It is because I took care of it, It’s like making me buy something twice! And Now “NoName” is what it says when you play the Cd, It was a great let down. I should of been contacted, All I can say is that I was Disappointed when I put on the Cd and read “No track Name” & for you guys to edit it out and Not even call/email shocking, Bottom line it should of stayed. Other then that I don’t have Much to say. The package was delivered & I Think it is cool a vary good presentation, and sold work as always, good work. Just the track names, I should of been contacted by you all, and It should of stayed on my Release.

Thank you for your feedback, we do our best to review metadata on mail-in masters but unfortunately CD Text does not automatically transfer during manufacturing. If you have any additional issues with your order please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]
You didn’t meet your deadline, unfortunately. You did make it up to me by overnighting it to me at no cost and a refund on my “rush” order, and I very much appreciate that. I’m glad I left a padding of 1 extra week in there in case” this happened. You guys do quality work and I will be back, but hopefully this was a hiccup, and not an every time thing.

Was somewhat worried about the sound because test pressings are not offered for 100 unit orders, but they ended up sounding great and they looked great too.
