Solid-Merch did a really good job printing up my short run of CDs. Excellent customer service and they answered all my questions about pre-production of the discs. Quick turn around time too - my order of CDs was delivered right in time for a show I was doing that night. I'd highly recommend Solid-Merch!!!!

I have had your company do a few releases. It seams the quality has gone down. The jewel case seams flimsy and some tray cards have no been creased and there are gaps when looking at the CD spine. But it is still acceptable but I just noticed the lack of quality when compared to the releases you guys have made for me in the past..

Thank you for letting us know. Unfortunately supply chains have shifted over the years but we continue to strive to deliver the highest quality possible.
Blown away by the finished product. For a Digipak, this is definitely a high quality product. The cover was not 'embossed' but the printing method used created a faux embossed look that took me by surprise! We will absolutely work with Solid-Merch for CD Duplication in the future!

So happy I decided to go through Solid Merch. The whole process was very easy. I opted for 180g eco mix colored vinyl and I wasn't disappointed at all. I expected solid colors but got 3 marbled variants. The sound quality is incredible as well. I felt like I was listening to the album on CD. Very clear sound. I definitely would recommend Solid Merch to anyone wanting vinyl pressed. Thank you!

A sizable portion of the records arrived with slight cosmetic damage and damaged dust jackets. The record looks and sounds good otherwise.

Solid Merch did an excellent job all around. No hassles, and great communication - Conor answered any questions I had along the way. The product turned out perfectly, and was shipped on time, exactly when they said it would. The price was right, too. No complaints here. Overall a painless and satisfying experience.

Their website is easy to use and prompts you through from beginning to end. The product came quicker than expected and it's great quality.
